A number of planning applications in relation to a “Holiday Chalet Site” were submitted from 1969 initially for outline planning ref PR/830/6.
Permission was subsequently granted for 40 chalets in 1969 , then an additional 70 in 1972, 150 in 1973 and an additional 51 in 1976 (see downloads section for availble documents)
The chalets (no. 17-304) were then built in phases and sold with 999 year leases effective from 1st January 1970
